HACKERS LOCAL ? ARE YOU SURE ?

Maximus Ongkili, the Minister for Science Innovation and Technology has given a picture that the Hackers that were involved in the recent hacking of Government Websites were local. 

This draws a different picture as the first twit that alerted the people was a foreign national twit. What the Minister should do is access the IP of that foreign national to determine how foreign he was and start from there.


As for the YOUTUBE upload, only with a Government Letter can YOUTUBE divulge the location of the upload. 


Which an avid HACKER could just mirror his IP to different locations thoughout the globe.


His statement for the HACKERS to steer clear of Government websites and use the tools the Government has given out at a very low cost (i.e. Internet and Cyber Space), is a good statement. As it is not the Government that should be the target. - Kritisonline
